During the weekend of 22nd February, 18 pupils from S3 SVS group went to Castle Toward Outdoor Centre with four teachers from the Home Economics department.
The Residential stay is an optional part of the Social & Vocational Standard Grade. It offers an intense experience for teambuilding and social skills. Pupils took part in a wide range of experiences including a night hike; gorge walking; search & rescue; orienteering and archery.
The pupils enjoyed themselves and were excellent ambassadors for King’s Park Secondary School.
