Journée européenne des langues, le 26 septembre”   

• We published our daily and weekly bulletin headings in German and Spanish.
• Pupils in S1 worked with their French Teachers and their Geography Teachers to research French-speaking countries – “la Francophonie” and produced lots of interesting display materials with all of their new information.

 

• Pupils in S3 and S2 prepared a “European Day of Languages” powerpoint to display on the plasma screens and display materials for the Modern Languages corridor.

 

• We even asked staff to greet pupils in French, German, Spanish and any other language which they were familiar with, as well as writing the date on their board/SmartBoard.
