S3 HOSPITALITY AND THE CABBAGE
We grew a giant cabbage in the school eco-garden. Then Mrs Collins' S3 Hospitality class used the cabbage to make Coleslaw, and served it as an accompaniment to Beefburgers. It was a very enjoyable lesson all round and everyone had fun using the giant cabbage.
