King’s Park Secondary School

Little Eye, the five piece power pop band were formed last year by Glasgow singer/front man Allan Sieczkowski. Since then, they have been writing and recording their debut album to be released summer 2011.

The band performed a live acoustic set to our pupils and also spoke to them about the impact and detrimental effect illegal drugs and alcohol can have on the lives of young people today.  A question and answer session was held at the end which gave pupils an insight into the music industry today and the reality of setting up a band and touring.

A little more information on Little Eye

Winners of the Young Scot Award unsigned band of the year Little Eye were recently voted Scotland’s best unsigned band of the year at the Young Scot Awards ceremony at the Glasgow Hilton, performing alongside such acts as X -factor winner Olly Murs.
