BT EVENT - 21st SEPTEMBER
Fifty young people from 5th and 6th year joined up with a group of pupils from Holyrood Secondary to take part in skills workshops and job shadowing with BT’s local network business, Openreach.
The employability day developed by Scottish business in the Community was aimed at pupils in 5th and 6th year and finished with a mock interview for each attendee with a member of staff.
Of those who took part, 99% felt that the content of the event had a positive impact and 90% said they had gained from it in terms of interview confidence.
